Complete lawine-airbagrugzak voor freeride en toergebruik. Float-E Turbo 25 met Alpride E2-systeem is een technische airbagrugzak die is ontwikkeld voor intensief gebruik in sneeuwrijke en lawinegevoelige omgevingen. Deze rugzak is geschikt om mee te nemen in het vliegtuig en combineert een doordachte indeling met een licht en betrouwbaar elektrisch airbagsysteem dat kan helpen beschermen bij een lawine-incident. Dankzij het Alpride E2-systeem kan de Float-E Turbo 25 zonder cartridges of lithium-ion accu’s worden meegenomen in het vliegtuig. De Side Stash-zak en Back Stash-rits maken het mogelijk om onderweg snel bij essentiële uitrusting te komen, zoals drinken, handschoenen, goggles of stijgvellen, zonder de rugzak volledig af te doen. Dit vergemakkelijkt het bewegen in sneeuw en maakt efficiënt schakelen tussen klimmen en afdalen mogelijk. De rugzak beschikt daarnaast over een extern schepsysteem, een geïsoleerd compartiment voor elektronica en is uitgevoerd in waterdicht gecoat nylon, waardoor hij geschikt is voor uiteenlopende weersomstandigheden.  Alpride E2-airbag systeem  Het Alpride E2-systeem is een doorontwikkeling van het eerdere E1-systeem en is compacter en lichter uitgevoerd, met een gewicht van circa 1140 gram. Hierdoor blijft er meer bruikbare ruimte over in de rugzak. In plaats van een lithium-ion accu werkt dit systeem met een supercondensator, die betrouwbaarder presteert bij koude temperaturen en sneller oplaadt. De airbag heeft een volume van 162 liter en wordt snel opgeblazen door een krachtige radiale turbo-ventilator. De E2-motor is ongeveer 40% kleiner en 25% lichter dan zijn voorganger en is, net als de E1, TSA-goedgekeurd voor vliegreizen. Voor extra zekerheid kunnen twee AA-batterijen worden geplaatst, die zowel een extra activatie mogelijk maken als de supercondensator op spanning houden wanneer de rugzak niet wordt gebruikt. Het LCD-display geeft inzicht in de status van zowel de supercondensator als de AA-batterijen. Gebruik en draagcomfortDe Float-E Turbo 25 biedt een stabiele pasvorm dankzij het ergonomische draagsysteem. Het geventileerde rugpand met “Cooling Fin”-structuur draagt bij aan comfort tijdens intensieve inspanning. Verwijderbare ski- en snowboardbevestigingen en compressiestraps maken de rugzak flexibel inzetbaar voor verschillende disciplines. Net als de rest van het systeem is het gewicht en de afmeting naar beneden geschroefd en is 30% kleiner. De Cylinder heeft nog steeds dezelfde druk van 3000 PSI om de airbag te activeren. De Float 2.0 Cylinder is alleen compatible met de Float 2.0 rugzakken, de Float 17 Speed en de Float 27 Speed.BCA cartridges zijn herbruikbare flessen en worden door BCA gereconditioneerd.
