1. Burton in ons winteraanbod

Die spreiding helpt je om niet alleen op merk te sturen. Je kunt filteren op functie per laag. De bovenlaag vraagt iets anders dan een schoen of handschoen.
2. Waar je per categorie op let
Bij buitenkleding draait het vaak om pasvorm en laagopbouw. Let op de afsluiting bij de kraag. Kijk ook naar ventilatie in de kern en de mate van bedekking bij wind. Als je soepel wilt bewegen, weegt de snit zwaar mee.
Voor jassen en jacks vergelijk je vooral details die je elke rit voelt. Denk aan de lengte en de manier van sluiten. Let ook op zakken voor je kleine spullen en de afstelling van de mouwen. Je merkt het verschil in droog blijven bij wisselend weer.
Bij accessoires zoals handschoenen en wanten gaat het om warmteregeling en gebruiksgemak. Vergelijk de breedte van de manche. Kijk hoe stevig de sluiting om je pols zit. Verder telt de materiaalkeuze mee voor slijtvastheid bij veel aanraken. Dat bepaalt hoe lang ze prettig aanvoelen.
3. Zo vergelijk je Burton modellen
In de schoenenhoek zie je verschillen in binding en ondersteuning. Vergelijk hoe de schoen je voet omsluit rond de wreef. Kijk ook naar de zoolvorm en demping bij contact op de piste. Een goede afstelling geeft meer controle in wisselende ondergrond.
Bij sneeuwbroeken en sneeuwpakken let je op afsluiting en mobiliteit. Vergelijk de kniezone en de ruimte bij zitten. Let ook op de overgang bij de taille voor winddicht dragen. Zoek verder naar details zoals verstelbanden die je exact afstemt.
Voor skiën en snowboarden zie je variatie in kleding voor actie. Let op bewegingsvrijheid en hoe de kleding met je lichaam meebeweegt. Vergelijk ook hoe lagen op elkaar aansluiten, van borst tot heup.
